Golf Outings & Tournaments

The flagship of Hickory Valley, the Presidential Course combines something new with something old, as the layout incorporates nine of the original 27 holes with a memorable trip through an abandoned nursery over the new nine holes. Come experience for yourself The Presidential and learn why, since opening in 1996, the course has received Golf Digest’s prestigious 4 star rating.

Although shorter in length at 6,450 yards than its sibling, the elder statesmen Ambassador more than makes up for it in a classic mature design. A course for all ages and levels of ability, the Ambassador offers plush conditions throughout and presents its diplomacy with the 610 yard par five 9th hole. In short the three and half star Ambassador layout should not be taken lightly.

Checklist

  • Contact the professional golf staff at Hickory Valley Golf Club to discuss details for your event by filling out the form on this page or calling (610) 754-7733.

  • Select a date for your event and secure your date by returning your Tournament Reservation Agreement along with any applicable deposit.

  • Finalize food and beverage plans at least ten (10) days in advance.

  • Guarantee minimum number of participants at least ten (10) days in advance. This number can be adjusted upwards, but not downwards. You will be responsible to pay for 100% of the guaranteed minimum, for golf and for food, if the total number of players falls below the guaranteed number.

  • Fax or mail the finalized player list and handicaps (if applicable) to the Hickory Valley Golf Club no less than five (5) days before the event.

  • Please feel free to contact the event staff at the Hickory Valley with any questions or concerns you may have about your outing.

  • Plan to arrive at minimum one hour in advance of your scheduled event to finalize any outstanding details and to make final payments. Final payments MUST be made prior to your group commencing play.

Pricing

Golf outings may be scheduled any day of the week with tournament fees based on the day, time, and number of players in your outing. Hickory Valley’s standard golf outing will include the following:

  • Green Fee and Shared Riding Cart
  • Golf Cart Signs with Hole Assignment
  • Course Markers for Skills Contest (Long Drive, Closest to Pin, Etc.)
  • Rules Assistance
  • Printed Scorecards
  • Registration Setup (upon request)

  • Tournament Scoring—Scoring assistance from our Professional Staff, which includes score sheets and a typed tournament summary at the cost of $100.00.

Continental Breakfast – $7.00 / per person
Our Continental Breakfast features a delicious assortment of Danish, Muffins, Bagels, Jellies, Cream Cheese, Fruit, Fresh Juices, and Coffee/Tea.

Box Lunch – $8.50 / per person
Our convenient bagged lunch featuring a Ham/Cheese or Turkey/Cheese Sandwich, Chips, Piece of Whole Fruit, and a 12oz Can of Soda.
